WELCOME TO THE BILL BOND 2024 TRAVEL TEAM REGISTRATION!
 

Bill Bond will offer a travel team for 8U, 9U, 10U, 11U.  The spring travel teams are an extension of our recreational league and will provide athletes with higher skill levels an opportunity to play in a more competitive baseball environment while facing better pitching, hitting, defense and speed. There are no rotation rules or minimum playing time requirements on the travel teams.  All roster and playing time decisions are at the discretion of the manager.

8U- Stephen Clarke

9U- Mike Singer

10U- Tommy Delamare

11U- Garrett Henderson

All players who play in the recreational league for Bill Bond in Spring 2024 are eligible to tryout for the teams. Players making the travel team will start practice immediately after the final roster is completed. Teams will practice a minimum once a week IN ADDITION to your normal rec practice. Estimated number of tournaments by age group from March 1- May 19 is listed below:

8U- 2 to 3

9U- 2 to 3

10U- 2 to 3

11U- 5 to 6 and 2 to 4 (Post May 19)

Travel teams will be offered at LITTLE TO NO COST. Bill Bond will host fundraiser tournaments to cover expenses for the teams. In the event our fundraiser tournaments do not cover all the expenses anything left over from Team Expenses will be the Teams responsibility to pay. 

Teams may organize and run their own fundraisers under Bill Bond to cover expenses as well.
 

Team Expenses:
- Jerseys
- Tournament entry fees

- other fees at the managers discretion

Team Responsibilities:

-Scheduling and running practices

-Coaching tournament games
